Animal Welfare Volunteer Programmes
Our conservation work is based at the Matang Wildlife Centre where a few weeks caring for the animals is a truly unforgettable and rewarding experience. Join us on either a 2-week or 4-week programme looking after orangutan, sun bears, hornbills, sambar deer, clouded leopards and many other endangered species indigenous to Borneo.

Immerse yourself in one of the most bio-diverse habitats on the planet, and be amazed by the plant and animal life you encounter. This is also a unique opportunity to get to know some of Borneo’s indigenous people, and discover what it is like to live in remote areas of the rainforest.
